UPASS

The U-Pass is a Universal Transit Pass for full-time students. The U-Pass allows full time students to access OC Transpo and STO services.

Saint-Paul University  students have benefitted from this great service since 2012 following a referendum accepting the new service. The commitment to the UPASS was reaffirmed in 2015 which added the use of the pass during the summer months. Full-time students are automatically charged for this program.

To receive your U-Pass, visit Guigues 165. Have  your student card or a valid government-issued photo ID and your student number.  The period of validity of  the UPASS for Spring and Summer students is from May 1 to August 31.

Eligible students may be exempt from the U-Pass program. To know more about the exemption criteria and deadline to apply for an exemption, please click U-Pass | OC Transpo. The U-Pass exemption form is available here or at the SPUSA office. The next exemption period will be for the Fall semester. Tune in for the deadline to submit your exemption form.

You can visit the OC Transpo Web site here and the STO Web site here to know more about transportation services in the Ottawa-Gatineau region.
